At Outsura, we are committed to providing quality products and a great customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@outsura.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you the replacement product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refunded amount.
